Introduction
Parker Green International is an Irish based successful developer of high end shopping centres with a portfolio spanning Ireland, UK, Central and Eastern Europe and the USA.
Their latest project is Trnava Park Shopping Centre, Trnava, Slovakia.
Trnava is a historic 13th century University City. It has a city population of 70,000, rising to 140,000 within a 10 minutes drive of the development and 570,000 within 30 minutes. The annual student population alone is approx. 20,000.
Location
The scheme is located off the main Bratislava to Trnava highway in close proximity to the Peugeot Citroen Car Plant, which is the largest foreign direct investment ever in the history of the state and a major employer in the entire region. [more info]
Description
Trnava Park Shopping Centre is a large regional shopping and leisure destination which will be built in two phases. Phase one alone consists of almost 28,000 sq m of net leasable retail area, comprising a large food anchor Tesco, with over 90 retail stores arranged over two levels. Phase 2 consists of over 10,000 sq m of net leasable retail area, comprising approx. further 40 retail stores.
Situated directly adjacent to a Baumax DIY
superstore, the scheme will benefit from the shared 1500 surface level car parking spaces.
