Research has shown that the Trnava region is under-provided in terms of retail. Due to its central location, the main target market of Trnava Park will encompass the local Trnava community as well as 570,000 people living with a 45 minute catchment area. The purchasing power in the whole catchment area is above the Slovak average (the purchasing power in Trnava is 30% higher than the national average).

With an eclectic mix of local, national and international brands, Trnava Park Shopping Centre will be one of Slovakia’s most popular shopping destinations. Trnava Park will house a unique tenant mix incorporating retail, food, home-ware, electronics, health, leisure and a cinema.

The Centre is planned to be open in 2012, with planned expansion of additional phases by 2016.

Cushman & Wakefield and Spiller Farmer have been appointed as joint letting agents for Trnava Park Shopping Centre. The architects and master planners were asked to create a unique shopping destination where people want to shop, visit, work and enjoy their valued leisure time in an environment unrivalled for shopping experience and quality of design.
